Advanced Interiors are looking for a new Contracts Manager to join their Airports Team.
Your role will be to ensure the successful project delivery and maximisation of margins through the delivery of contracts in a safe manner, on time and within budget. It will be your responsibility to ensure that Project Delivery Teams are fully appraised of the contract parameters and have the capability and resources necessary to achieve contract objectives. You will develop positive relationships with all parties associated with the contract.
You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple contracts and continuous monitoring of contract progress to ensure that contract objectives are being met. You will also provide formal reports on these contracts. It is essential that you will have experience of successfully leading project delivery teams and have a minimum NVQ level 4 or equivalent.
Experience within the Drylining and Ceilings (fit-out) industry would be an advantage as would experience within the Airports sector. Current First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS certificates are essential.
Based in Wokingham
Travel will be required
