Following the complete ceiling replacement, on this extremely challenging project and a particularly busy shutdown at Sainsbury’s Sidney Street, I would just like to say a big thank you for the efforts of your site team and your personal daily contact and your attendance to all the progress meetings. Although it is sometimes tedious being at the meetings, I am sure you will appreciate it gives a regular view of what is happening on site by other trades. I am sure we will be coming back to you on any future ceiling works we have.

We are pleased to confirm that Advanced Interiors Ltd is an approved and certified Rok Sub-contractor for Plastering, Drylining, Suspended Ceilings and other internal finishes. Advanced Interiors have carried out several projects for Rok ranging from a small office development in the heart of Richmond, London to larger projects such as the internal finishes to a new 10 million pound Sikh Primary school in Southall.One of Rok’s aims is to be the safest construction company in the UK and Advanced Interiors are helping us to realise this goal with their thorough safety management and monitoring processes.At Rok we do not solely go to the lowest tendered but instead look at the package as an overall and in particular the added value aspects, which in tern will result in a lower final cost.We have found that while Advanced Interiors may not always have the lowest tendered cost the additional benefits of their project management, Health and safety and general approach to the task will almost always result in a lower turn out cost.We enjoy a good working relationship with Advanced Interiors and hope this will continue long into the Future.

Advanced Interiors is a company that we first introduced to Warings at the airport in 2005! At that stage they had a lot to learn regarding H & S but demonstrated a commitment and desire to improve.Over the last few years we have used them on a number of airport projects and their attitude to safety has always been of a high standard. What pleased me most was to see that they are maintaining their high standards on all projects and not just at the airport! This demonstrates a true company commitment from the top to H & S and one that should be recognised when selecting contractors for our projects.

Following the completion of the Pier 7 Refurbishment Project I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank yourself, your management team and your site team for the element of works undertaken by Advanced Interiors. The project has been completed without a reportable incident or accident - the overall Terminal 3 portfolio of works has just passed the 500,000 hours worked target without a RIDDOR which is in no small part due to the excellent performance on the Pier 7 Project - within budget and was deliveredﾊ2 calender monthsﾊearly. To quote the BAA project leader, Pier 7 also "set the bench mark for quality handovers". Throughout the project the Advanced Interiors team have ensured that high standards of safety have been maintained, demonstrated an excellent team ethic, sought alternative, timely and cost effective solutions and provided a high quality of workmanship. Your team have been a credit to you, your company and the Project. Very well done and many thanks for your hard work and support. Hatchcroft - We worked with Advanced interiors for the first time at the Hatchcroft project for Middlesex University to form the new laboratory building on the campus. AI worked well with us on this project and due to the interaction between the 2 companies the project was a success all round. AI are user friendly from a clients perspective and it was a pleasure working with them. In addition they have a very positive attitude. Elmgreen - We worked with AI on the back of the Hatchroft project on this d & b project to complete the new school to a high quality standard. AI were again very user friendly, were happy to engineer various solution to problems and types of construction, resources were never an issue and quality was maintained to achieve the required programme. We would happily work with AI again.
